Refund/Return Policy: Please be aware that carnival costumes are custom-made items, therefore once a payment is made, it is non-refundable.

What does the price of my Costume/Tshirt include?
When you join ULTRA mas, you get the ULTIMATE all-inclusive carnival experience. What is the Ultimate Carnival Experience?

When do I collect my costume or tshirt?
Costume and tshirts will be ready for pick up 1-2 weeks before carnival. Exact pick-up date and location will be communicated via email and social media. All costumes and tshirts must be picked up in person.
When do I need to pay for my costume?
You can make a deposit towards your costume at any time. If you have set up a payment plan, payments are due on or before the due date. Please note that a minimum of TWO payments is required before your costume is ordered. IF we do not receive your full payment by the final due date, your order will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.
Can I get a refund if I am unable to pay in full or collect my costume or tshirt?
We do not provide refunds. We will allow costume or tshirt transfers. It is your responsibility to find the person that is willing to accept your transfer.
Can another person collect my costume or tshirt if I'm unable to do so?
Absolutely. We understand that many of our masqueraders are from out of town, therefore all you need to do is send us an email or call us with the name and phone number of the person picking up your costume or tshirt.
What shoes do I need to wear?
We ask that your shoes match your section colors if you are in a costume. If you are in the tshirt section, please wear black or white shoes.
Can a relative/friend play mas with me if they are not a registered masquerader?
Unfortunately, we only allow "paying masqueraders with an official ULTRA mas wristband" to play mas with us. Non-masqueraders may observe from the sidelines, however they will not be able to participate.
Absolutely, NO KIDS are allowed in the band.
When and where does the band meet carnival morning?
On carnival day, ULTRA mas meets at 10am sharp at 1 E Edenton St, Raleigh, NC 27601.
Should I eat before parade?
We strongly recommend that you eat a hearty breakfast before you arrive at the starting point. However, as part of your all inclusive package, we will serve lunch AFTER the parade.
What music is played on the road?
SOCA because WE LOVE SOCA.
